Your score mixes four things from your chat: balance (do you both text equally?), reply speed (who keeps who waiting?), sweetness (how often "I love you", "jaan" and hearts show up) and consistency (how many days you actually talk, and your longest streak). Each part is scored out of 100 and averaged into one love score. It is just for fun, so don't break up over a 62!
